At national level, the Local Decentralized Points (about 100), coordinated by a National Headquarter based in Cagliari, offers free services of information about programmes and opportunities from the European Union and the European Council for Youth. In cooperation with the National Agency of the programme “Youth in Action” and on a mandate of the European Commission, the offices operate as information and orientation centers.
